Amazing fun and wonderful describe this winter wedding. This event was transformed into a winter wonderland with the first snow fall of the season. The venue was beautifully decorated by Celadon Events. The room was transformed with flowers and changed from wedding to reception with ease by Candelight and Roses. This was a spectacular event. We are so happy for Brandon & Shayla. Capturing Memories Videography has had the opportunity to get to know them and love them. Such an exceptional couple we were honored and blessed to have helped capture their day. Congratulations Brandon & Shayla.

Well, this year’s Bridal & Beauty Expo was another fantastic affair! There was a great turnout of brides, their families and vendors. Thank you to all the brides that stopped by our booth and took some time to chat with us. The winner of our drawing will be publicly announced shortly.

Preparing for a big hometown wedding! We are looking forward to Chelsea and Codys wedding this weekend. A wonderful couple and we are really excited to film their wedding celebration.

We are now located in the cutest little house at 221 Vassar street Reno, NV 89502.
We love our location and wanted to put up a few photos. Some of the vendors we share our space with are Candlelight and Roses, Fig Tree Catering, I Deux Photography and Simply Cakes. Love working together it is a great little group of professionals.

We had the great honor of assisting with The Breast Health Global Initiative with their Global Summit on International Breast Health in Chicago. This is a wonderful group of physicians who are helping teach and research breast cancer globally. Capturing Memories Videography was honored to assist in their conference held in Chicago this week. It was a pleasure working with Public Relations and Marketing coach Susan Hill. Was a pleasure and honor working on this project. Please visit their blog to further the cause and gain knowledge on this wonderful group helping Breast Cancer Globally.
Thank you to Susan Hill for all your help and coordination.

We had a very special shoot today as we had the privilege and honor of capturing the expressions and excitement as one of our local teachers. Mrs. Flynn of Spanish Springs Elementary was awarded a $20,000.00 check from the Horace Mann Company. She was completely surprised and with her family, friends and colleagues looking on, she graciously accepted. By the terms of the prize, half will go to the school and the other half is hers to keep.
Congratulations Mrs Flynn! What a great day and a fabulous honor. To see the celebration watch local news channels 2 & 8 airing tonight. Here is the link to KOLO.
We wanted to share a very personal story with you today. We all have days that we complain or feel like ‘why me?’ On those days I remind my self of Ryan who never complains and who is the most amazing child I have had the privilege to get to know. Ryan is my cousin who was born a few weeks before my daughter Theresa. He is so smart and has such a beautiful outlook on life that he inspires me and that is why I wanted to share his story with you today. Ryan has S.M.A., a genetic, degenerative and terminal disease. He wasn’t supposed to make it past two, and is almost nine now. Awareness of this disease is still very low. Please if you can help these families you would change their lives and create a sense of peace – if even for only a few hours of sleep though the night. Thank you Ryan, Holy, Jonathan and Ethan – you are our inspiration and we love you.
Holy and Jonathan are the founders of The Ryan House, a not-for-profit care center for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Please take a second to check out The Ryan House. They are doing amazing things for terminally ill children.
